I made an insurance claim for a tablet, which they told me was approved on the 02 August. Since then I have been sent from pillar to post; agents to me telling me to call on a certain day when I call I am told that they have no stock. After speaking to their agents, I'm told to wait for a supervisor and the person coughs into the line and drops the call after spending close to twenty minutes with them every time. They are not showing any signs of intending to solve the problem
