Shocking Customer Service

I am a so-called Vodacom Platinum customer, however my recent experiences with this company have left me disgusted at their ineptitude and lack of true customer service. To summarize:
15/7/2013: called Platinum customer service line and reported my brand new BBZ10 had stopped working
16/7: courier company collected phone and gave me temporary loan phone
26/7: called customer service wanting an update on repair of phone, advised by Shirley they had emailed me a quote of R6000.00 for repair. Advised Shirley I am not paying a cent, brand new phone which suddenly stopped working, plus never received any emailed quite. Shirley advised she'd escalate the matter
31/7: called again and spoke to supervisor Rugzani (they have never once called me or emailed me). He advised quote was emailed for R6k repair due to "water damage". I advised impossible, phone was on my desk - no water. He said he "see" if he could get me a discount on the repair costs.
08/8: Called Rugzani - nothing happening
13/8: Called Rugzani and advised that a 2nd loan phone had arrived at my office. Mass confusion. My original phone missing... heard nothing since...

I spend R2-12k per month. Resolve asap or I go.
