On the 10th of October 2013 I send through a Termination of Subscriber Agreement to the Nashua Mobile office fax number 011 2079000 (of which I have proof that it did indeed go through). When I received my Dec 2013 invoice and noticed charges for this account, I immediately contacted the Nashua Office through which my original contract was done. I spoke to the manager Sias Erasmus who agreed to follow it up for me. I sent him an e-mail with the supporting documentation on the 9th Dec 2013. To date no feedback. Yesterday I submitted a request on-line and repeated the procedure again today with a landline number. Some feedback would be greatly appreciated although I am thinking seriously of terminating my 2nd contact with them aswell.
