BAD SERVICE

I RECEIVED A CALL LAST MONTH FROM THIS BANK OFFERING CERTAIN BENEFITS, I WENT FOR 1 AND EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. I THEN CALLED AGAIN THIS MONTH AFTER THEY BILLED ME FOR THE SAME BENEFIT THIS MONTH BUT THEY FAILED TO ADHERE TO MY REQUESTS. I CALLED AGAIN AND I SPOKE TO A LADY CALLED NANDIPHA, SHE TOLD ME THAT THE PAYMENT THAT WAS DEBITTED FROM MY ACCOUNT DIDNT REFLECT, I THEN ASKED HOW THAT WAS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY SHOULD HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCS AS A WELL ESTABLISHED BANK. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID THE MANAGER WAS BUSY WITH OTHER CLIENTS AND SHE DROPPED THE PHONE IN MY EAR. THERE ARE REASONS WHY I CALL IN, AND NOT GO IN TO THE ACTUAL BANK AND THAT IS BECAUSE I HAVE NO TIME. I HAVE TRIED CALLING AND WHENEVER I DO THEY STILL DROP THE FONE OR I HOLD FOR A GOOD HOUR. I AM NOT A HAPPY CLIENT AND I9 WOULD LIKE THIS TO BE RESOLVED SOON. IF THEY DARE DEBIT ANOTHER AMOUNT AT THE END OF THIS MONTH I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION.
