Good day

I recently took out a personal loan from woolworths, my salary pay day is the 6th of each month, on the 30 of april i received an sms that my account will be debited on the 2nd of may for the 1st installment, i did contact them and advised them that my salary is only paid on the 6th of each month, the lady advised me that it is too late to change the debit order as it was already set to go through but i can make a manual payment which was done, i called them yesterday as well as today and the lady is not willing to change the debit order date, she advised me to call back after the 3rd, i asked to speak to the manager and she advised the manager will tell me the same thing, i am calling them to rectify their mistake, because on my payslip and bank statement you can see clearly that my salary is paid on the 6th of each month, and they are giving me the run around. and this will reflect on my itc as a bad payer, when the consultant cannot do they job properly.
