I got an account with FNB and it handed over to Groenewal.my account its paid via debit order on the 25 th and to my suprise in september the debit order went through on the 21 and i call in spoke this arrogant manager called Theo he told me they are using naedo for debit orders and i dont have to complain as the system is going to debit my account 3 day before the aggreed time which is the 25 th of each.when i asked him why he said why i dont pay this account in full and he dropped the phone, Lat month i called and i spoke to the guy who is handling my account and he asked for my statement which i sent to him, no one come back to me until today.this has been damaging my bank account and i want this to be stopped
