Am first going to express my disgust for the incompetency of african bank contact centre agents. I was double debitted this month and asked to speak to the same consultant that I spoke and I was told the call centre is too big to recognise that agent. I voiced out problem and even requested to speak to the superviser her name is precious and she had a sotho surname. She told me fax my bank statement, so I have to take time off work because of their incompetency, I faxed and was told this matter would be escalated to nomvula mkhenku. I asked to be called at 12 for feedback no one called me and I had to call them again. Spoke to someone, had to the monotomy of saying the same thing over and over again. I told them I need my refund of plus R900 before the close of shop and someone to call me before 4 as I urgently need my money, I refuse not to enjoy my holiday because of them. And I wanted the call recordings because nobody mentioned any double debit so in more ways than one I was misled. Nobody has called me and I have not received my money.
