A virus was put on my cellphone at the Centurion Branch, it is also on my backup that they did on my external hard drive.
I took my phone in for repairs, it was fixed the same day, but I realised my camera is no longer working, I wanted to make my own backup and then realised that there is a Pushbot viris on my cellphone, we checked the backup they did, and it was there as well. I phoned the branch to inform them, they are not worried, they cannot find anything, obviously their anti-virus is not up to date, I also phone customer services and they told me I must lay a complanint and they will look into it. They did not want me to talk to a senior person, obviously they are not concerned that their client's personal details are sent to the hackers. I will be worried if I was Vodacom. They must train their staff beter so that they can realise the potential problem they have.
