I am deeply disapointed in the service recieved, i had an existing contract with 8ta since May 2012, & took on a new contract with them since May this year.
I have instructed 8ta to debit my account on the last day of every month, but sadly they have not being following my instruction, and going ahead and doing whatever they please, i have contacted the call centre several times to confirm why this has not being adhered to, as well as visited the East Gate branch about 5 times already for the same issue. Now the problem arrises when they want payment without notice or anything my line is just being cancelled as if its my fault, and also being handed over to collections and receiving threats that it will affect my credit record. I mean what "" is that im not the 1 defaulting here, the service is messed up. And putting me through such difficulty as a client. The network is another issue, im so annoyed that i switched over from Vodacom to 8ta what a big mistake.
Everytime i call the call centre they tell me the same nonsense, "so sorry your details will be updated and sorted out", come month end, same drama, i dnt need such stress and unprofessionalism,
