Clifford Erasmus did some work on my computer which included buying and installing a Kapersky anti-virus (with a licence for 3 people) on my computer. He said that he was going to buy it for me and come and install it on my computer. He asked me to pay his invoice (which included the cost of the anti-virus) which i did the same day. Since then i have contacted him numerous times by email (no reply) and phoned him (he never called me back) and by sms. I have purchased my own disk and installed it on my computer and have asked for a refund. To date no refund has been given. It has now been at least 4 months since i paid him. I am incredibly annoyed; i have paid twice for an anti-virus and Clifford has obviously spent my money on other things and not a disk as invoiced. I won't have hie back and will never recommend him!
