I started paying more attention to the items on my Vodacom bill. I recently realised i was still being billed for BIS, even though I changed my contract in March 2013. The call centre agent had the nerve to say they cant remove services if I dont tell them to remove it. I informed the agent i went into store and changed my contact type entirely.
She promised to log the refund request and that i will be contacted in 48 hours. It's been more than 2 weeks, and all i got was an SMS.
I question the ethics.
