I have requested to remove the intemised billing on one of my contracts as this is a Data bundle only.
I have stipulated in my contract that I do not wish to receive any value added services (CLI - itemised billing or sms bundle)
The 1st month they added CLI - which was removed.
This month TelkomMobile is adding itemised billing. ( R 17.00 for November 2013)
I have requested on 13-12-2013 to remove the itemised billing, but they are unable/unwilling to do so and told me that they cannot refund me for this.
I find this unacceptable as my contract stipulates clearly that I do not wish to receive any value added services.
Please remove and refund
