WAITING FOR 8 WEEKS ON CELLPHONE REPAIR

I handed in my Black Berry 8520 for repairs on the 21st of June for repairs and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks for repairs.

WELL I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PHONE - 8 WEEKS LATER!!!

Every time I phone they tell me that they will get back to me, YEAH RIGHT!!! THAT NEVER HAPPENS.

IF I CAN I WILL NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO USE THEM AS THEIR CELLPHONE SUPPLIER!!!

I AM CANCELLING MY CONTRACT A.S.A.P.!!!
