I am forced to do a sim swap because I updated MTN approved software on my phone and now I can't use the internet. Everything worked well prior to the update and now I'm told I must do a sim swap because my sim is no longer compatible. That is fine but I believe I'm being ripped off when on prepaid its as easy as buying a new starter pack and activating the new sim on my phone whereas on contract I need to go in to the store and pay R150 to do the same thing. So much for rewarding loyalty.
