I purchased a Red Bull starter pack from Cell C Galleria but have just found out that it is not compatible with Blackberry phones! Nowhere on the packaging does it state that, there are no signs up in the store advising the customer of this, and the person who sold me the starter pack didn't bother to tell me either. I contacted the store but was told I can't have a refund because it's my fault for not telling them that I intended to use the sim with a Blackberry!!! Only after I insisted on a refund did Tammy agree to speak to her boss and get back to me on Monday!
This is unacceptable. Since when does the customer need to inform the store what phone they intend to use the sim with, and since when are some sim cards only compatible with certain phones???
