Sim swap failed twice

Hi jus suprised my daughter with a new blackberry 9320 and requested a sim swap coz she did not carry her sim with her wen she came to me for a holiday. so on 2013-01-18 i did a simswap on her prepaid no.i waited the 24hours and wen put the sin on, it was not working. I call 111 and the agent told me that the simswap faild and i need to purchase a new starter kit. I had a new starter kit with me and she processed a new simswap @ 11:30 on 2013-01-19 and i was told to switch the fone on on 2013-01-20 @12pm which i did only to find out the sim swap did not go tru.i as very off coz its been 2days since i been trying with no help from vodacom. Wen i droped my daughter off she got her old sim and i inerted it into her bb9320 and it worked. I call 111 and took off with dem. Dey said the sim swap failed coz the old sim was active. So i told dem not to bother abt the sim swap coz the old sim card is working. Now 2012-01-22 wen i tried calling the cell no. 0712775771 it says the no u have dialed is no longer on the network. This is a big disappointment that vodacom standards have droped so much. I want feedback asap on the matter and responsibe pple involved to be fired.
