Since I've switched over to Cell C March 2013, I've struggled with bad reception. I went back to the store and filled in a form but nothing came from that. I've logged a call with Cell C on the 1st of July but STILL the problem has not been fixed!!! I've spoken to one of your technicians that I've called twice just to get NO service! I've put in a complaint on your website, with a response on email, but almost a week later, NOTHING has been done.
What should an unhappy customer do to get any service? I'm so dissapointed and would never recommend Cell C to anyone.
