Once again I am still waiting for cell C to fix my cell reception... nothing has been done!! My 1st complaint was the 30th of May 2013, 2nd the 10th of June and 3rd the 20th June... Why dont they respond? Why dont they care about their customers service? They actualIy call back and say they will fix it but they never do!!! I am absolutely disgusted with Cell C and their customer service!!! What is the process of contract cancellation?? If they do not provide you with the service that you are paying for (R450p/m) surely I have the right to cancel the contract without paying the outstanding amount of the contract???

I have a Cell C contract which I started in November 2012. Since November I have terrible cellphone reception - When I am indoors (Especially in Randburg) I do not have reception at all, can not send or receive messages, make a phone call, use the internet. And I am paying R450p/m for THAT? Surely there is something they can do? Not to mention there latest advertisement saying they now have so many more cell towers and their reception is one of the strongest.
