Poor customer service and feedback

It has now been about six weeks since I sent a complaint regarding my reception and connectivity to cell c.
At the present moment the reception is so bad at my residential address that I can not make emergency call if the need should arise. I can hardly access the internet at all.
I sent an email to the customer service desk, and they sent me a form to complete for follow up. Which i did and have not had any response fro m cell c. My husband sent through a complaint aswell and i had one call from cell c. They requested the same documentaon to be completed and could not find the previous documentaton that had been requested. I was told that they will pick up the forms somewhere in the system and I will be contacted.
This has not happened, it is difficult for me to think that they still have not found my original forms i sent back to them. This problem is of such a nature that i will be cancelling my contacts with cell c if i do not have a response from them asap.
I am currently paying for a service that i can not utilise fully at home. I currenlty hold three contacts with cell c and As a longtime customer of cell c I am very dissapointed. Annelise van der Net
