Prepaid Airtime not delivered via online banking

On Wednesday, 27 November, I purchased R350 Vodacom Prepaid Airtime! OFCOURSE, immediately the transaction went through successfully but no Airtime was delivered. I have since followed up EVERYDAY and I get the same feedback "a task has been logged with the technical support team and they are awaiting feedback from the service provider". FNB said this issue would be resolved in a max of 48 hours and I am still waiting 147 hours later and counting. I phoned Vodacom myself and they have assured me that the problem does not stem from their side. I have always been satisfied with FNB, however I will not stand for this!!! SHOCKING!! I requested a refund and that is conveniently not possible on their side. DO NOT DO ONLINE BANKING WITH FNB!!!
