Morning I reported a case with MTN where by someone used my details to open contract with them (MTN) I even reported the case with you because they didnt want to give the police the information of the contract since I reported the case they never came back to me with their investigation as I want my name to be cleared as soon as possible, I went to MTN Cape Road PE two weeks back to find out what is going on I wanted to see the lady Sandy coz she the one who suppose to investigate the case the manager that day name Yolande talked to her and told me the are things needed from which those things I gave them when I reported the case and Yolande promised to call me till today Im still waiting for the call, must I be the one keep on going to MTN to find out whats going on to me I'm the one who needs to be shown the documents that allowed to give the person the contract or must I take this to media in order for them to help me.
