Having been a Platinum clients as well as a corporate client for many years I would have thought that Vodacom would have been a little more interested in resolving my issues. I have been without access to my email and other corporate facilities for a week despite my own repeated attempts to resolve the issue.
Since I logged the issue I was advised that someone would get in contact with me, I have contacted the call centre on a daily basis to try and get resolution but to no avail. In addition to this the communication has been entirely one sided to the extent that I presume that Vodacom is not interested in resolving the problem. I even got to the stage of trying to do a SIM swap to a different phone which didn't work and on one of my calls to Vodacom I find that the service agent just arbitrarily decided to close the case.
Now I sit exactly a week later with no resolution and no potential resolution, does anyone know my rights to cancel my contract due to Vodacom's inability (or desire) to fulfil their contractual obligations?
