I agreed on a contract via telephone (cell c direct) in March 2013 for a Blackberry for R209.00 p/m including the BBM Services. This special was also advertised in their brochure for Feb/March 2013.
I agreed on an amount of R209.00 via cell c direct and then realised that Cell C is deducting R246.00 p/m.
I phoned the customer call centre 5 times but still I have not received any feedback.
This morning I tried to phone head office 011 324 4000 and the receptionist refused to transfer my call to a manager. I explained to her that I do not get any service from the customer Call Centre and even if I want to take this further the staff blocks me. Customer Call staff will not transfer the call to a manager!!
How long does it take to solve a query?? This morning when I phoned Customer Service they could not event pick up the Reference Number 130230000010231. Maybe closed???
