Ever since Virgin Mobile had a "downtime" a few months ago when no one received their airtime or data Virgin Mobile has only become worse. Ever since the downtime my bill has increased. I used to get -R800 accounts and all of a sudden I can't get my account under R1200. This month double debit order went off even though my statement stated the I only owed R644.26. I tried to contact VM on 0741000123 but it never works. I phone the HQ and waited on the line for about 20min. The lady then said that she will escalate it to the billing department (Turn around time 24-48hrs). I phone to follow up 2 days later and the time increased to 72hrs. This is really poor and I am cancelling my debit order as they have no right to just debit what they feel like.
