My contract was finally terminated after a long hassle with their service department. This was more than a week ago yet I still have not been credited the outstanding airtime that was on my phone before termination. I will not be making my final payment unless they have credited my account accordingly and given explanations on the all the credit and debit memos currently on my account. Not the standard excuse "We have over billed/under billed you." The issue regarding the data bundles also not resolved. So glad the contract is finally terminated now just sorting out the all the issues that still have not been resolved from 4 months ago.
