I stay in the Glenashely area, Durban North and I am very disappointed with the Telkom service that I am paying for!!! I have a 2mb line that is uncapped and I am not able to use it for my online gaming as the PING is well over 500ms all day and night long, and that's just for local game play (SA). I play on DGL and am not able to compete as the latency on my line is disgusting. I have had a tech from Telkom come out to fix the problem and nothing has been fixed and the fault has been closed, no e-mails or calls to me at all... This has been going on now since the 07-01-13 and I am tired of waiting for something to happen as I have given it more than enough time for you "Telkom" to sort the problem out.
I would like answers to why this has not been sorted out, and for the line fault to be fixed ASAP! Otherwise I will be contacting ICASA to take this matter further.
Sort the problem out Telkom!
