HI, i have sent a blackberry phone for repairs on the 29/07/2013 and to date it is still not repaired. CNA has booked the phone in for repiars at vodacom alberton and they could not fix the phone so they have sent the phone to vodacom midrand who says that the phone has been tampered with. Yes it has been as vodacom alberton tried to fix the phone but they could not do so so they have sent the phone to vodacom midrand
i have called the store on numerous occasions and is been told that the phone is out of warrranty as some one has interfeared with the phone . i did inform the store that nobody has fixed the phone and why would i want to take the phone to somebody else to repiar and pay money when the phone is under warranty . i was told by the cashier that i have taken the phone to the Pakistanies to get fixed what a remark to make.

i have called the custromer care line on numerous times and was given a reference number but each time i call i must relate the story to the next person and still wait 48hours for someone to call me from last week tuesday.

please could somebody from CNA assist as this type of service from your store is unacceptable.
