On the 8th of July 2013 we renewed out MTN data contract and decided to choose the option that includes the Samsung 42" TV. After many phone calls to the branch and the Help Center we are still without a TV while we are paying massive installments. The worst is that MTN cannot tell us when the TV will be delivered. I can only assume that we are one of many customers that has this problem! Initially we where promised 10 days after signature. This is getting ridicules!!
