Shocking When You Look at How Many Bad Complaints

Called 0860 number to report Faulty VSat. Got ping-ponged between Luellen and Lady in Tech Service. Got transferred by Luellen to another extention eventually after 30 minutes had to cut the call and deal with our guests. Then had to phone Luellen again to get the TIPS number and after dialing 10217 and holding for over 40 minutes i got through to a male BONGI who told me to call another number then cut me off before he gave me the alternative number. Upon callin the 0860 number again I through to Bridgette Berg and she was an ABSOLUTE STAR. 3 and a half hours! I dont know anyone who still has landline phones in their homes anymore and this is a clear indication why. This is the time to look at alternatives.
