I have been trying to cancel my cellphone insurance with Budget Insurance for the last two months. The first time they put me on hold for ages on end when dialing ADMIN: 0860 10 55 38 .
The second time I got through on Friday 26th April 2013 the first lady transferred me to the next agent. When I gave my ID number & policy number they kept asking if I was Mr Hendricks, who I am not. The lady told me that my policy number does not necessarily link to my ID number, which I find very strange.
Eventually I had to end the call after a continuous cycle of bad service & being unable to assist me with cancelling this cellphone contract which get debited from bank account to the value of R56 every month.
How do I stop this insurance & how can Budget Insurance be so unprofessional towards their clients?
