Violent Striking Needed to be Heard

Another Telkom Complaint.

I wish I could attach a copied image of my ping plotter results. On the first hop from my router @ 11:30AM I'm getting a latency of 1000 ms. The first hop indicates a problem with the exchange unless I'm mistaken

Since I pay for a 2mb connection and do not receive what I pay for during the weekends and during the week (from 5pm onwards when people get home everyday!!) I expect some sort of reimbursement or at the least, a downgraded package whose nominal speed is that at which I get at these times. The funny thing is that they don't offer a package that goes this slow.

A lot of people like me complain, but nothing is done. What should we do? Violent strike seems like an option. should I physically destroy exchanges one by one until we are head? sounds counter-intuitive but perhaps this could create a gap for a competitor in this ridiculously monopolized market.

Perhpas we should go to the Cape Town airport and Lasoo an unsuspecting tourist going through security with CAT5 and drag him out to the the front doors, then throw more CAT5 on him?
