I have a free minutes contract during all day calls but when I phoned Outsurance on there 086 number I got billed for this as this is apparently not a free telephone number, but at know time was I told about this from Cell C.
Now Cell C is telling me that I must still pay for this account as this is the rule and that when I phone this number is says that free minutes doesn't apply. But I didn't here this message when I phone outsurance. Now what now.
