I am so irritated at the fact that i have not even known about this new fair usage policy for a week yet and already my bis has been switched off without and notification! I woke up this morning and my email, bbm and internet was off until this very moment when my bis was only supposed to end in the new month! This is horrible seeing that we were all under the impression that bis would be unlimited, and now its turning into a whole skelm business!!
And if i called customer care I'm sure not 1 person would know how to correct the error! What horrible service!!
