Why did I bother to upgfrade to a new 3G phone and binding myself for another 2 years? Who decides what is " excessive " use? More and more people are receiving the sms shown below.. Maybe Cell C should publish an advertisement to warn subscribers about this limitation? My wife is with Vodacom, spends 3 times more time on BIS than I do, her Internet is faster, she has never received a similar notification.
