This is what I call service

I sent a letter yesterday afternoon requesting a cancellation and release of our emails so that they can be re-created with larger mailboxes. It normally takes between 24 to 72 hours during working days for that to be done.

But MWEB team managed to do it for me in less than 24 hours. The downtime of our emails was less than 6 hours. Thank you so very much for this awesome service. Highly appreciated as we couldn't afford longer interruptions on the business.

And special thanks to Ilhaan Waggie from cancellations department. She was very kind and helpful. She went an extra mile to make sure that this is done as soon as possible. Keep up the good work.
