INCOMPETENT... one word to describe Mweb!

I recently discovered that the platform on which my domain is hosted cannot facilitate my newly built Wordpress website.
I explained the problem to Mweb, clearly & repeatedly specifying that we needed to upload a WORDPRESS site. I was advised by Lee-Anne that the solution was to change to a Unix platform, which I did. I was assured we would not encounter any downtime.
Once complete I requested C-panel log in details (essential to a Wordpress site) but was then advised by Lee-Anne that we do not have a C-panel & creating it would take 7 days of domain & email downtime.
We are now even worse off as we no longer have our old site either!

I am yet to be offered any explanation, despite numerous emails requesting a manager to contact me. Phoning to speak to one is pointless - none are ever available & apparently managers do not have direct email addresses?!

I have spent hours on the phone (mostly on hold) & my emails are constantly ignored.

I am having no joy pointing my domain elsewhere in the interim as no one seems to know who I should speak to about this.

I am beyond frustrated with Mweb's incompetence & will encourage everyone I know to transfer from them!
