I requested a simswop from Mweb for my MTN 3G device. I was told i need to wait 48 Hours. I am still waiting. I am probably charged for the service already without the service beign rendered. How disappointing from a company who pledges to how you up and running in two hours as opposed to two days. Also evertime i have a query with mweb it takes a hello peter complaint to have it sorted out. Very disappointed Mweb. Again
