I had a contract phone with Vodacom that i took with Chatz shop, then alone the line i lost my job, but as soon as i got a job i managed to settle my account which was handed over to the attorney in 2011, i got a letter from the attorneys that confirms account has being settled & closed, then i was informed to contact Vodacom for ITC update, but upto today they havent update my ITC.
