I was handed over to attorneys by Nashua Mobile in November 2010, I settled the account in January 2011. However, my Companies ITC status has not been changed till today. I have called the call center and legal department as well as the attorneys and they all inform me that the account was settled but they are unable to update my ITC status which is now affecting my credit record. I am very disappointed with the level of service I have received.
