I logged a complaint on 5 August stating my frustration.
Nelisiwe Mthembu replied and informed me that she has sent the requested information via email. This is not the case. I have checked it, and rechecked it, both mailboxes, and there is nothing there.
I have tried phoning her many times (011 650 2391) and it seems that a person at that number does not exist.. or is just not available.
On another note, if someone puts in a complaint via Hello Peter, at least try and phone the person more than once if you cannot get hold of them the first time around.
Can I please be phoned, and can I please get a response via email.
