I took out a contract on Cell C with Autopage in the Westwood Mall in September. Shortly after I moved into a new house in Westville. Since then I have been unable to use my Samsung Galaxy S4 as I have no coverage on Cell C in my new house. I have reported the problem to Autopage Cellular in the Westwood Mall as well as Autopage in Gateway. Up until now I have had no feedback. I am disgusted that Cell C has such poor network coverage and would never have taken out a contract with Cell C had I known this. This matter needs to be resolved as soon as possible as I am paying every month for a service that I am not receiving. I have also just had a baby and am currently on maternity leave. This means that I am at home every day without a means of communication as we do not have a home phone.
It would be much appreciated if someone could contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue otherwise I will be writing to the newspapers.
