Since I complained on Hellopeter about Cell C last week, nothing has been done to resolve my issue. On tuesday morning I recieved a call from a Cell C agent to say that they don't have the call recording to when I agreed to a contract with them. I find it strange that they claim not to have it since its the only thing that serves as a contract between myself and them. From now on I'm going to reverse my payments to Cell C because I'm not got going to continue paying for something which I did not agree to. Cell C are and I regret associating myself with them but I won't make that mistake again.
