To whom it may concern

I'm disgusted with cell c's service at the Mitchell's Plain Promenade. I waited almost an hour to be helped, only to be told there is nothing they can do. My partner upgraded his cellphone contract recently, cell c did not deduct via debit order now how is it that it's our fault when we arranged a debit order on the account? they blocked the cellphone number we called continuously to the head office only to be told to go into the store. When we arrived at the store we waited almost an hour to be helped or so they say. Because we were told to go to Nedbank to pay the account their. Now how is it that its our problem? why not just deduct twice. We work on Saturdays and specifically had to take off to go into the store only to take another Saturday off from work which we cant afford! we cancelling this contract honestly I'm a cell c user as well, but I'm changing my network and cancelling my contract as well due to this negligence and pathetic service you loosing two customers and would not recommend this service.
