I have a Vodacom top up contract with Autopage which expired last month. In order not to lose the R700 airtime I have on the contract I have requested that I be converted to a pay as you go contract. Once that is done I will take up a new Vodacom contract.
Autopage are adamant that I will lose my R700 in either way but I have confirmed with Vodacom (complaint on hello peter) that this is not standard practise and that Autopage can confirm this with them.
Lucretia from Autopage has promised me feedback since Monday but I have heard nothing. Seems I'll be going another month on an expired contract and I have no idea what is going to happen to my airtime.
