Terrible Service from Vodacom Cresta

Just to be clear. The branch is the one near the Look & Listen as there is more than 1 store in Cresta.

On the 19th Sept. I went to renew my contract and make changes. I asked for S4 Active and that my package be changed to a Talk 500 to a Smart Plan Large. I was not given anything to sign or any paper work to do these changes

1st was told to come on the 23rd to collect. Was told it had not arrived and then told to come on the 26th. Went on the 26th only to be told the person doing my query is on leave and that my phone was never even ordered. Was then told to come back on the 29th. And again no phone. I would understand if it is on backorder but atleast have the decency to tell me, instead of me having to make multiple trips to Cresta

2nd issue. I asked for my package to be changed from Talk 500 to Smart Plan Large. This was also never done as I checked *111# shows that Im still on a Talk 500 which my company will no longer cover, now I have to cover the cost difference due to the absolute inefficient staff of that Vodacom branch
