I had a query about my billing account which is R447& I was told I over used data, the thing is I downloaded from the internet about 400MB of data using a galaxy Tab but they say while I was downloading u also upload some data n that came up to 1Gig of data. Its make no sense how can I downloaded 400B and upload 1Gig of that because the upload that is always less Because its jus the commands you send on the internet whiles searching for whatever information. The guy who called me was rude n didn't want to accept the madness he was telling me. To top it all it was not the third time this happens and I lost all hope of ever getting help with Vodacom. I even have a screen print that show the difference of the data downloaded and uploaded during the same period using my laptop.
