[URL Removed] one connceted company, that without my knowledge had subscribed my cell phone number to their website everytime i would load airtime it would be gone within seconds.
After Numerous complaints and reporting emails to WASPA and CELL C i finaaly recieved personal feedback from customer service cell c her name Iyanda who had been in contact with me from yesterday trying to sort this issue out
I am happy to announce that she somehow got it right on her side even though the emails to WASPA kept bouncing back to me (they are fake) and today she loaded R15 airtime to test they have been removed from my phone and it still seems to be there.
Thank you for your constant feedback, i hope Cell C keeps up the good service because to be honest i was very willing to change to another network!
