Cell C
Statement not write as upgrade agreement

When i upgraded my contract with cell c i asked for it to be the same as my previous contact as they dont have the old contracts anymore. my old contract was R190 per month so i upgraded to a similar contract for R189. now when i receive my statement the billing is R219.30 which is not the amount i agreed upon. Cell C is a bunch of liars and and i will not recommend them ever again
