Very Poor Service turned into excellent Service

I lost my cards, went to the branch to get new ones and restore other services. I was helped by Tshepo. He gave me my debit card, made me sign a couple of docs, he told me my internet banking was sorted I will receive an sms after 2 hours with my new pin. 2hours passed, no sms was sent. I went back 7days later, I was helped by Mpumi, I explained to her my issue, she gave me my chq card and re-registered me on internet banking. She told me I'll get an sms after 2hours. 2hours passed & no sms. I went back 2days later and I was helped by Jacklyn. We went through the same process and guess what? She also told me I'll get an sms with my pin after 2 hours. This time I wasn't buying it, she then told me to login & register myself. Ok Jacky I don't have a pin remember? She then told me to go to reception they will help me. Reception? Really? Ok I asked for Mr Sikhosana who I know is always willing to help, but unfortunately he wasn't available. A lady called Basetsana came over and offered to assist me. She was friendly, it took her only 5 minutes to register me, had my password sent to me immediately, she assisted me to log on to my internet banking & made sure everything was ok.
