I got a call from a telemarker from autopage offering me extra services on my contract, i said i am not interested in any of them and many months later find out that i have been charged for these services every month. In addition to verbally declining the telemarketer, no contracts or letters of permission were signed, im sure this is illegal and would like a reson why i should not pursue pressing charges?
On phoning the call centre i was told i need letter heads, etc to cancel the services yet they didnt require anything to add the services even after i specifically said i did not want them.
